ABOUT DENYS
Denys Dytyniuk was born on November 9, 1981 in Aleksandriya, Kirovohradskyi region. From early childhood the little boy was very active, but he could spend long hours carried away by painting something or working with various colors of modeling clay. His mother, Dytyniuk Natalya Gavrilovna, noticed her son’s interest in art and decided to send him to the Artistic School. Usenko Tatiana Grigorievna was Denys’s form master and 15 years later she introduced him to her daughter Mariia – Denys’s future wife. Goncharenko Konstantin Adorievich gave him the fundamental concepts of drawing and painting. But art was not Denys’s only passion, the boy was keen on fencing and karate as well. After graduating secondary and Artistic School he entered the Design department of Dnepropetrovsk Theater and Art College.
There Denys thoroughly studied theory and practice of Art, took part in art exhibitions of his educational institution. Later he defended Bachelor’s degree (“Poster abstract graphics”) with the highest score. Living far from his native town, Denys mastered not only genres of painting and skills of graphic arts, but got the first lessons of his life working as a stage designer.
Full of hope and enthusiasm, Denys Dytyniuk returned to Aleksandriya for the purpose of realizing his creative intentions. His first job was the position of illustrator, then the position of designer at knitting factory. In 2004 Denys entered the Graphic department of Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. After a while, Denys faced with money problems which forced him to seek alternative ways of earnings. He had to work as a seller in the market to continue his studies and pay for materials. In 2009 Denys defended a thesis with the highest score and got a degree “Graphic Artist”.
Denys was aware that he can’t get on without art every day, so he continued to paint at every opportunity. Rough labor shattered his health and there was not time for creative work.
- “It was a hard time for me. Deterioration of my health became a breaking point in my life. I decided to change my life dramatically.” – Denys recollects.
Inspired by his girlfriend Mariia’s performance in “Ukraine’s got talent - 3”, Denys decided to show his own talent, and a year later he successfully passed the casting of a show “Ukraine’s got talent - 4”. On the 2nd of July he became a silver medalist of this show.
At present Denys Dytyniuk works in a creative team with his beloved wife Mariia Usenko, Yelyzaveta Mykhaylova and Anastasiya Yankovska. They develop a genre of speed painting: find new techniques and improve their brushwork. “MaDenart” team makes viewers glad and surprised to look at their new works of art.
Denys will not stop at what has been accomplished: he develops in performance and tries to find his unique painting style.
